This class is designed for all ages and all fitness levels. We combine traditional Bar work with Ballet poses that are designed to transform your body so it is sleek, toned and strong a lot like a dancers body.
After you’re comfortable with the introduction to yoga you can modify your movements to intermediate
or advanced poses. This course is designed to help you develop more strength, poses, and flexibility.
